Data license：Source data for kindergarten details, penalties and evaluations is public information from the Ministry of Education national ECEC information network; this site treats the official source as authoritative and uses mirrors only as a technical access channel. The license, attribution and reuse scope of each data type follows the original providing agency’s announcements — see the ledger on this page.
About penalty records：Under the Early Childhood Education and Care Act and Ministry of Education publication-period rules, the penalized institution’s name and the name of the person in charge or actor are published for a statutory period (from the date of the disposition, ranging from 3 months to 6 years), after which the competent authority must remove them from the national ECEC information network. This site follows the same official rules，only penalties still within their publication period are shown; expired ones are removed automatically。
This site only aggregates public data and does not represent any kindergarten’s position. Data may lag behind the latest situation; for actual enrollment, fees and licensing status, refer to each kindergarten’s and the competent authority’s announcements.
How often is the data updated
This site automatically rebuilds the directory, penalties and kindergarten details from official open data every week.
