How does the public kindergarten lottery work?
When registrations exceed vacancies, a public lottery is held. Children with statutory priority (low-income households, families in special circumstances, disabilities, etc.) are admitted first by rank; the rest follow the lottery order. Those not admitted are waitlisted and fill later vacancies in order.
Can I register for non-profit and public kindergartens at the same time?
